This agreement governs the use of the web hosting, managed hosting, business email hosting, DNS management, domain registration assistance, and related services we provide. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms described in this agreement.
Our services are designed to support legitimate businesses and organizations that require reliable website hosting and professional email services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this agreement as well as our Acceptable Use Policy.
Services Provided
We provide hosting infrastructure and related services that may include:
- Managed website hosting
- Managed WordPress hosting
- Ecommerce website hosting
- Business email hosting
- DNS management
- Website hosting and storage
- Server infrastructure and monitoring
- Domain registration assistance through third-party registrars
Our services provide the technical infrastructure required for websites and email systems to operate on the internet. While we maintain the infrastructure that powers these services, customers remain responsible for the content, communications, and activities conducted through their accounts.
Managed Website Hosting
We provide managed hosting services for a variety of website technologies, including but not limited to WordPress websites, ecommerce platforms, and other web applications.
Our managed hosting services include the operation and maintenance of the server environment necessary for websites to function reliably. This may include server configuration, infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, and security controls designed to maintain a stable hosting environment.
Customers are responsible for the operation and management of their websites, including:
- Website content
- Installed applications, themes, or plugins
- Ecommerce operations
- Customer transactions and business practices conducted through the website
We may restrict or remove software that creates security risks or negatively affects server stability.
Business Email Hosting
Our business email hosting services provide mailbox hosting and email infrastructure designed for normal professional communication.
These services are intended for legitimate business correspondence such as:
- Customer communications
- Business operations
- Website notifications
- Internal organizational communication
Email hosting may not be used for activities that harm network reputation or violate applicable laws.
Prohibited email activities include:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email
- Operating spam campaigns
- Phishing or impersonation attempts
- Distributing malware or harmful attachments
- Harvesting or selling email address lists
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict email services if our infrastructure is used in ways that negatively impact email deliverability or violate anti-spam laws.
Domain Registration Services
We may assist customers with domain name registration and management through third-party domain registrars.
Domain registrations are provided through external registrar partners and are subject to the policies and terms of those registrars as well as the rules established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Customers remain responsible for maintaining accurate domain registration information and for complying with the policies of the applicable domain registrar.
Because domain registrations are administered through third-party providers, we cannot guarantee the availability, transferability, or continued registration of any particular domain name.
Use of Third-Party Services
In order to provide reliable hosting and communication services, we may utilize third-party infrastructure providers, software vendors, registrars, monitoring systems, security services, and other technology partners.
These providers may include services related to:
- Domain name registration
- DNS infrastructure
- server infrastructure
- cloud hosting platforms
- email infrastructure
- monitoring and analytics tools
- security and spam filtering systems
By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such third-party providers as part of delivering hosting and email services.
We reserve the right to select, modify, or replace third-party providers at our discretion in order to maintain service reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Customer Responsibility for Content
Customers are responsible for all content stored or transmitted through their hosting accounts.
This includes:
- Website content
- Files stored on hosting servers
- Emails sent or received through hosted mailboxes
- Applications installed within hosting environments
- Online business activities conducted through hosted websites
We do not actively monitor customer content but reserve the right to investigate complaints, abuse reports, or legal notices involving hosted material.
If content violates applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may suspend or terminate services.
Acceptable Use
Use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Our Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited industries, restricted content, and activities that are not permitted on our infrastructure. By using our hosting or email services, you agree to comply with this policy.
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of services.
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into this agreement by reference and forms part of these terms.
Network Integrity and Service Protection
Our infrastructure is shared among many customers. Activities that interfere with network stability or system performance are not permitted.
Prohibited activities include:
- Attempts to disrupt or overload servers
- Activities that interfere with network availability
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Distribution of malware or malicious software
- Activities that threaten infrastructure stability
We reserve the right to suspend services if activities threaten the reliability, security, or reputation of our network.
Billing and Payment
Hosting and email services are provided on a recurring billing basis according to the service plan selected at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and ensuring timely payment for services.
Failure to maintain payment may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Restriction of account access
- Termination of hosting or email services
Applicable taxes and regulatory fees may be applied where required.
Suspension or Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services when necessary to protect our infrastructure, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our policies.
Reasons for suspension may include:
- Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Abuse of email infrastructure
- Activities that threaten network stability
- Nonpayment of service fees
In situations involving serious abuse or unlawful activity, services may be suspended immediately without prior notice.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services.
This includes any claims resulting from:
- Content hosted on your website
- Business activities conducted through your website
- Emails sent through hosted mailboxes
- Violations of laws or regulations
- Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
You agree that you are solely responsible for the content, communications, and business activities conducted through your hosting account.
Limitation of Responsibility
Our responsibility is limited to providing the infrastructure and services described in this agreement.
We are not responsible for:
- Customer website content
- Customer business activities conducted through hosted services
- Financial losses resulting from website or email interruptions
- Actions taken by third parties using customer accounts
Customers are responsible for their own data, operations, and business activities conducted through hosted services.
Updates to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time as our services evolve or legal requirements change.
Continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
