This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services provided by GIllyTech LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to web hosting, business email hosting, DNS services, and related infrastructure (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

Our infrastructure is intended to support legitimate businesses and organizations operating in lawful and reputable industries. In order to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, insurance obligations, network integrity, and business standards, certain uses of our Services are strictly prohibited.

By using our Services, customers agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy without notice or refund.

Lawful Use of Services

Customers may only use the Services for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Content hosted on our infrastructure must not violate any local, national, or international law.

We do not permit the use of our services for activities that are fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to others. This includes the use of our services to facilitate scams, impersonation, financial fraud, or any form of illegal or unethical activity.

GillyTech LLC reserves the right to remove or suspend services that appear to be engaged in unlawful conduct or that pose legal, reputational, or operational risks to our infrastructure.

Prohibited Content and Industries

Due to legal, regulatory, moral, and operational considerations, we do not provide hosting or email services to certain categories of businesses or content. These restrictions apply regardless of whether such activities may be legal in certain jurisdictions.

Accounts associated with any of the following industries or content categories may be suspended or terminated without notice or refund.

Adult Content and Pornography

The Company does not permit the hosting, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of adult content through its services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pornographic images, videos, or websites
• Explicit sexual content
• Adult video platforms
• Escort or prostitution services
• Fetish or sexually explicit material
• Subscription-based adult content platforms

These restrictions apply to both free and paid adult content services. We maintain a strict prohibition on the hosting or distribution of sexually explicit material.

Child Exploitation and Abuse Material

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child exploitation.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any depiction of minors in sexually explicit contexts
• Grooming activity or exploitation of minors
• Hosting or linking to websites that distribute such material

Any content or activity involving the exploitation of minors will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory agencies.

We will pursue legal action to seek full damages against any individual or company who uses our Services in violation of this clause.

Pharmaceutical Sales and Drug Distribution

The Company does not host websites or services involved in the marketing, sale, or distribution of pharmaceutical products.

This includes:

• Online pharmacies
• Prescription medication sales
• Drug distribution platforms
• Telemedicine services that prescribe or distribute medication
• Unregulated pharmaceutical products

These restrictions apply regardless of licensing status or geographic legality. Due to the complex regulatory requirements surrounding pharmaceutical distribution, this category is not supported on our platform.

Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia

We do not provide services to businesses involved in the production, sale, or promotion of drugs or related products.

This includes:

• Cannabis businesses (legal or illegal)
• Marijuana dispensaries
• Cannabis grow lighting distribution, instruction or installation
• CBD products
• Psychedelic substances
• Controlled substances
• Drug paraphernalia

These restrictions apply regardless of local legalization policies. Our services are not intended to support industries involving controlled substances.

Online Gambling and Betting

Websites or services that facilitate gambling or wagering are not permitted on our infrastructure.

This includes:

• Online casinos
• Sports betting platforms
• Poker or gaming platforms involving monetary wagers
• Gambling affiliates or promotional websites
• Lottery or sweepstakes sites that involve financial betting

Even where gambling may be legally regulated in certain jurisdictions, GillyTech LLC does not support these services due to regulatory complexity and financial risk considerations.

Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Services

We do not provide services to businesses operating within the cryptocurrency or digital asset industry.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cryptocurrency exchanges
• Digital token sales
• Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs)
• NFT marketplaces
• Cryptocurrency trading platforms
• Blockchain-based investment services

Due to the evolving regulatory environment surrounding cryptocurrency, the Company does not host services operating within this sector.

Mental Health and Behavioral Health Services

We do not host websites or services that provide psychiatric, psychological, mental health treatment, or connect people with these services.

This includes:

• Psychiatry practices
• Psychology practices
• Counseling services
• Behavioral health treatment services
• Online therapy platforms

Mental health services involve complex medical privacy regulations and professional licensing frameworks, and for this reason they are not supported on our platform.

Abortion Services

We do not provide Services to organizations that provide or promote abortion services.

This restriction includes:

• Clinics or providers offering abortion procedures
• Organizations that facilitate abortion services
• Platforms designed to connect patients with abortion providers

We believe abortion is immoral in nature and will not support it.

High-Risk Financial Services

We do not support hosting of high-risk financial services or investment platforms that present elevated regulatory or fraud risks.

Examples include:

• Payday lending platforms
• High-risk investment programs
• Unlicensed financial advisory services
• Multi-level investment schemes
• Speculative investment platforms
• Forex trading platforms

These services often involve complex regulatory oversight and are therefore not supported within our hosting environment.

Fraudulent or Dubious Business Activities

The Services may not be used for businesses or operations commonly associated with deceptive or exploitative practices.

Examples include:

• Get-rich-quick schemes
• Pyramid schemes
• Scam operations
• Phishing websites
• Impersonation websites
• Fraudulent financial solicitations

We reserve the right to suspend services associated with operations that appear misleading, deceptive, or designed to exploit consumers.

Email Abuse and Unsolicited Messaging

Customers using our email hosting services may not use the platform to distribute unsolicited bulk email or deceptive messaging.

Prohibited activities include:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Operating mass marketing email platforms
• Sending phishing emails or impersonation messages
• Distributing malware through email attachments
• Harvesting or selling email address lists

Our email infrastructure is intended for legitimate business communications and may not be used for bulk solicitation or deceptive messaging campaigns.

Users have the responsibility to keep their email access credentials secure and any breach of security through weak credentials may be investigated and handled as a violation of this policy.

Network Abuse

Customers may not use the Services in ways that interfere with or disrupt network operations.

Examples of prohibited activities include:

• Distributed denial-of-service attacks
• Network probing or scanning activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to computer systems
• Operating botnets or malicious infrastructure
• Using the Services to distribute malware

Maintaining the reliability and security of our infrastructure is a priority, and activities that threaten network stability are not permitted.

Enforcement and Account Suspension

GillyTech LLC reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

If a violation is identified, we may take action including:

• Suspension of hosting or email services
• Removal of hosted content
• Permanent termination of the account
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

We retain sole discretion in determining whether an activity violates this policy. Our decisions are final and non-negotiable. No refund will be issued in the event of account suspension due to violations of this policy.

• A description of the issue
• Any supporting evidence or links

Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
